Be real and respectful
- No harassment, threats, stalking, hate, sexual exploitation or encouragement of self-harm.
- No impersonation, coordinated deception, fake engagement, scams or manipulated reviews.
- Do not publish another person’s private information or intimate material without permission.
Keep content lawful and safe
- No child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content, terrorism support or instructions for serious wrongdoing.
- No illegal goods, counterfeit products, stolen property or dangerous regulated items.
- Respect copyrights, trademarks and rights of publicity.
Communities and events
Community and event organisers must publish clear rules, moderate fairly and must not use Jotify to facilitate discrimination, unsafe gatherings or deceptive sales. Organiser rules may be stricter than these platform rules but cannot override them.
Age-restricted spaces and protection of minors
- Do not misstate your age or region, lend an account, or use another person’s verification to enter an age-restricted area.
- Do not knowingly invite, direct or expose a minor to an adult-only chat, meeting, stream, community or event.
- Sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualisation of minors and requests for sexual material from a minor are prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Organisers and moderators must keep an event or space at the platform-assigned minimum age and must not downgrade a system-locked classification.
Reporting and enforcement
Use Report for harmful or illegal material and Block for unwanted contact. Serious or immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services. Enforcement may include warnings, reduced distribution, removal, feature restrictions or account suspension. Eligible decisions can be appealed.
