Eligibility and account security
- The current public beta requires you to be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms.
- Provide your real date of birth and country or region. Do not bypass, falsify or help another person evade an account or feature age restriction.
- A feature may require a higher age or stronger age assurance than the general account. Meet, dating, stranger or random chat and video, private meetings with unknown people, anonymous live publishing and adult events are 18+.
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- One person or authorised organisation must control each account. Do not sell, rent or transfer access without approval.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Jotify a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display and distribute that content only to operate, promote and improve the service according to your settings. The licence ends when content is deleted, subject to backups, legal retention and content shared by others.
Acceptable use
- Do not post illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, exploitative or dangerous content.
- Do not harass, impersonate, scam, manipulate engagement, scrape restricted data or bypass security.
- Respect community rules, Meet safety rules, intellectual-property rights and local law.
Moderation and appeals
Jotify may limit reach, remove content, suspend features or close accounts to enforce these terms, protect users or comply with law. We aim to explain material moderation decisions and provide an appeal path where appropriate.
Paid services
Prices, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation rights and any seller identity will be shown before payment. Real payments remain unavailable until the applicable checkout identifies its payment provider and confirms payment. Additional marketplace, seller and refund terms apply to commerce.
Service changes and liability
Beta features may change or be withdrawn. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Jotify is not responsible for user conduct, off-platform meetings or transactions between users.
Governing law and contact
Swedish law applies, without removing mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Contact [email protected] before starting a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
