Before payment
The checkout must show the seller, total price, taxes and unavoidable charges, delivery terms, renewal terms where relevant, and whether consumer withdrawal rights apply. No real order is confirmed until the payment provider confirms the transaction.
Cancellations and returns
Consumers purchasing at distance from a trader generally have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to legal exceptions. Private-to-private purchases do not receive the same statutory consumer protections. The checkout and seller must clearly state the applicable position.
Refunds and chargebacks
Approved refunds return through the original payment rail where possible. Processing time depends on the provider and bank. A chargeback does not replace contacting support, and abusive or duplicate claims may be contested with transaction evidence.
Contact
Use the order dispute flow first and contact [email protected] if it is unavailable. Include the order reference, but never email card details or account passwords.
