Always prohibited
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances and related paraphernalia.
- Weapons, explosives, ammunition and instructions intended to facilitate serious harm.
- Stolen goods, counterfeit goods, forged documents and circumvention tools.
- Human exploitation, sexual services, non-consensual intimate material and any sexual content involving minors.
- Personal data, hacked accounts, malware, phishing kits and access credentials.
- Unsafe or recalled products and items whose sale is prohibited by applicable product-safety rules.
- Unlicensed gambling, deceptive investments, money laundering and fraudulent financial services.
- Animals, body parts, prescription medicines and regulated goods where the listing is unlawful or lacks required approval.
Restricted categories
Age-restricted, health, financial, ticket, food, cosmetic, vehicle and other regulated categories may require identity checks, licences, location restrictions or additional disclosures. A category appearing in Jotify does not mean every item is lawful to sell.
Reporting
Report a prohibited or unsafe listing through the listing menu. Jotify may remove the listing, preserve evidence, restrict the seller, notify affected users or contact competent authorities where appropriate.
