Jotify is the platform
Unless a checkout explicitly says Jotify is the seller, the contract is between buyer and seller. Jotify provides discovery, communication, moderation and transaction tooling and does not take ownership of listed goods.
Seller status and listing accuracy
- Sellers must identify whether they act as a private person or trader.
- Listings must accurately describe price, condition, availability, location, delivery costs and material defects.
- Professional sellers must provide legally required identity, contact, tax and consumer information.
Transactions and disputes
Buyer protections and statutory consumer rights depend on whether the seller is a trader or private person. Payment, delivery, cancellation and dispute status shown by Jotify must be supported by provider evidence. Never pay through an unverified link sent in chat.
Enforcement
Jotify may remove listings, hold payouts, request proof, limit sellers or report suspected illegality where permitted or required. A report does not itself prove wrongdoing.
