- Keep licences, product-safety documentation and seller information current.
- Do not use another person’s payout account or conceal the true seller.
Orders and customer service
- Publish total price, delivery terms, returns, complaint handling and statutory rights before purchase.
- Fulfil accepted orders promptly and keep stock accurate.
- Respond to safety, counterfeit, recall, refund and dispute requests within the stated deadline.
Fees and payouts
Applicable fees and commissions are shown before activation. Payouts may be delayed for provider settlement, refunds, chargebacks, risk review, reserves or legal obligations. Jotify does not mark funds captured without payment-provider confirmation.
